With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary W. Whitehead of Wellington, Colorado, born in Durango, Colorado, who passed away on July 25, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey W. Whitehead and F. Carol Whitehead; his brother Kenneth; and his son Todd. He is survived by: his son Douglas Whitehead; his grandson Greg Whitehead; his great grandchild Todd; his wife Marian Whitehead of Fowler, Colorado.; his son Doug; his daughter-in-law Debbie; his grandchildren, Justin, Cody and Heather; his son Greg; his daughter-in-law Cindy; his grandchildren, Ethan, Jenice and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Liv, Quinn, Heaven, Riley, Walker and Paige; his sister Cheryl; his brother-in-law Jim Knox; his sister Carolyn; his brother-in-law John Baudendistel; his nephew Craig Knox; and his nieces, Cleigh Sandon, Jennifer Mayfield, Rachael Vrtatko and Laurie Yoder.
