He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias P. Cortner and Mary Cortner (Hawkins); and his siblings, Ed and Loretta Wylie. He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his nieces and nephews, Dan, Gwen Centa, Jodie, Ron Orr, Tom, Kristen Centa, Jan McConnell, Peggy, Rocky Harlow, Ed, Shirley Arrowood, Don, Suzanne Arrowood, Becky, Hugh Clausen, Cynthia Burton, Kathy Smith, Lori and Bob Smith. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews and many many friends.

Donations may be made to Avondale United Methodist Church.
