He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Welsh and Verne Welsh (Alexander). He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Blanchard (Eric) and Katie Welsh; his siblings, Richard Welsh Jr. and Jeanine Fisher (Dan); and his grandchildren, Paisley, Korbin, Nash, Wyatt and Kambrie.
