She is survived by: her daughters, Helen Renee Herrera (Daniel) and Cabreena Rae Keithley; her grandchildren, Jordan Cross, Jackson Herrera and Nicole Herrera; her great grandchild Aria Williamson; her nieces and nephews, Kristin Lesar (Stephanie), Andrew Susel, Terri, Robbie and Leanne Van Buskirk; her sister Barbara Lesar; and her former husband Mark Keithley.
