He is survived by: his wife Cristal; his son Patrick Jr.; his parents, James Phillips and Annamaria Phillips (Balestra); his sister Nikki Brundige; his nephew Andrew Brundige; his aunts and uncles, Paul, Angie Phillips, Kim Beranek, Bob and Maria Koby; his grandmother Sandra Phillips; and his pets, Ratchet, Ricochet and Trigger Happy.
