He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardie Hamilton (Simms) and Smith Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his stepdaughter Lucia; his granddaughters, Breanna (Gabe), Sophia, Shaelyn and Alayna; and his brothers, Robert and Charles.
