She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Butler and Thomas Butler; her siblings, Robert Butler, Thomas Butler and Shirley Butler; and her son Robert Morrissey.
She is survived by: her daughter Gayle Morrissey Sawyer; her grandchildren, Truman Sawyer, Lisha Sawyer and Micah Sawyer; her daughter Deborah Morrissey Frieden (Don Frieden); her grandchildren, Marshall Frieden and Makenzie Frieden; her son Thomas Morrissey (Audrey Morrissey); her grandchildren, Braxton Morrissey and Kasen Morrissey; and her sister-in-law Cherie Stewart (Mark Stewart).
To honor her spirit of being an "overcomer", the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to an organization that was very influential in her life.
