He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowland F. Saunders and Lois M. Saunders; his son Michael Saunders; and his son-in-law Jon Murch. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Saunders (Hodson) of Mack; his daughters, Connie Bennetts (Chris) of Fruita, Tammi Murch (Jon) of Glade Park and Christina Hancock (James) of Fruita; and his sister Maurine Reed of Fruita, CO.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
