She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Miller and Dorothy Miller (Bachmeier); her husband Stewart T. Carter (Stu); her children, Bradley M. Carter (Carol), Douglas E. Carter (Patti) and Kelly M. Frye (William); her grandchildren, Scott A. Frye (Ashley) and Casey H. Frye; her great grandchildren, Bailey L. Frye and Abby E. Frye; and her sisters, Mary Pojar (Steven) and Caroline Adams. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
