He is survived by: his wife Janet Pacheco; his children, Angie Kisan (John), Tanya Lucero (Mike), Eli Pacheco II (Tara) and Sabrina Pacheco (Phillip); and his siblings, Steve, Michael, Eleanor, Diane, Elizabeth and Norma Jean. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
