William Banister Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 15, 2019, at the age of 91, William Banister (Las Animas, Colorado), born in Wayne, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Banister and Laura Banister (Taylor); his wife Jean Banister; his grandson Buck Banister; and his siblings, Charles Banister, John Banister, Jean Warren and Hayes Banister.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Clark Banister (Sandy) of Las Animas, William James Banister of Albuquerque, Laura Denise Veltri (Mike) of Kismet and Randall Banister (Maritez) of Las Animas, Colorado; and his siblings, Don Banister of Meridian, Marge Anderson of Lamesa, Shirley Torres (Dan) of Albuquerque and Janet Crosier of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild; many other relatives and a host of friends.
