She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Cecil and Georgia Blanche Patrick (Langford); her husband Bill of Salida; her daughter-in-law Karen Kaess-Yunikar; and her sisters, Marjorie DeVault and Peggy Wallace.
She is survived by: her children, William P. Yunikar of Salida and Audrey Marso of Grand Junction; her grandchildren, Joseph of Grand Junction, Jean-Thomas of Grand Junction, Ava of Grand Junction and Max Marso of Grand Junction; and her sister Bonnie Fowler of Salida. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
