She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Baker and Patricia Baker (Taylor); her husband David Franklin Foulk; and her granddaughter Cynthia. She is survived by: her children, David, Rhonda Foulk, Christine and Wyatt Dowell; her grandchildren, Shanae, Cody, Krystan, Adreanna, Kender, Ashley, Corey, Kevin, Morgan and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Linus, Abel and Jaylianna. She is also survived by two brothers, one sister, and their families, extended family, and numerous friends.
