He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Harper and Ann Eva Elizabeth Marchant (Scheel); and his brother Ray Marchant. He is survived by: his wife Linda Joy Dowhaniuk; his siblings, Janet Luke (Alan), Kathryn Durrant (Lee) and George Marchant (Charlene) of Smithfield, Utah; and his sister-in-law Sharol Marchant (Ray) of Smithfield, Utah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews.
