With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nick Encinias (Las Animas, Colorado), born in La Junta, Colorado, who passed away on March 27, 2018 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Encinias and Sofie Encinias; his brother Rick Encinias; and his daughter Alexis Encinias. He is survived by: his children, George Encinias, Jerry Nick Encinias, Logan Encinias, Megan Encinias and Haylie Encinias; and his siblings, Maria Mestas (Eugene) of La Junta, Emilia Griego (Angelo) of Fergus Falls, Dee DeLeon of La Junta, Lewis Ray Encinias (Terri) of La Junta, Lucy Lomako (Zbigniew) of Anchorage, Dave Encinias (Arlene) of Las Animas, Bernadette Salazar (Ed) of La Junta and Anna Salas (William) of Denver. He is also survived by six grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; many other family members and a host of friends.
