He was predeceased by: his father Jose Montano; his brother Ronnie Montano; his grandparents, Alfanso Delatorre and Rosie Delatorre; and his uncle Jerry Delatorre.
He is survived by: his mother Conception Lopez of La Junta, CO; his sister Arlene Lopez of Colorado Springs, CO; his children, Mathew Montano (Cinda) of La Junta, CO and Natasha Medina (Cliff) of Pueblo, CO; his grandchildren, Dacian Montano, Isaiah Barber and Liana Gius; and his niece Alyssa. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
