Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Madison Stuart of Las Animas, Colorado, born in Lamar, Colorado, who passed away at the age of 14, on May 28, 2020. She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Gene Stuart and Norman Darnell; her great-grandparents, Clifford Stuart and Clara Wheeler; and her uncle John Arial.
She is survived by: her parents, Paul Stuart of Las Animas, Colorado and Faith Stuart (Foster) of McClave, Colorado; her siblings, Christopher Stuart (Courtney Adams) of McClave, Samantha Befidi of Gilbert and Karlee Stuart of Las Animas; her nieces and nephews, Camren Stuart, Xavier Alonzo, Yelena and Yael Befidi; her grandmothers, Doris Stuart of Las Animas, Colorado and Carolyn Darnell of Las Animas, Colorado; and her great-grandparent Alice Stuart of Las Animas, Colorado. She is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Maddie Stuart Scholarship to be awarded to a classmate of the 2024 McClave graduating class in care of Horber Funeral Chapel, P.O. Box 431, Las Animas, Colorado, 81054.
