He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dombaugh and LaVonne Dombaugh (Huffman). He is survived by: his wife Kara Paulk; his children, Tammy Sundeen (Dan) of Castle Rock, CO and Michael Dombaugh (Kenia) of Castle Rock, CO; his stepdaughters, Kristen Webster (Tom) of San Diego, CA and Kristina Moffett of Texas; his grandchildren, Dylan Sundeen (Katy Mae), Nikki Dombaugh Rayes and Kathrin Dombaugh Rayes; and his siblings, Garrell Dombaugh (Beverly) and Charlotte Page. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
