It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregorio James Trujillo of Las Animas, Colorado, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Juanita Trujillo (Sena); and his nephew Jason Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Gregorio Robert Trujillo (Nicole) of Wichita, Amy Aitken of Denver, Jason Trujillo of Pueblo and David Trujillo of Lincoln, Nebraska; his father Gregorio T. Trujillo of Las Animas, Colorado; and his siblings, Donald Sr. Trujillo (Terrie) of Hasty, Charles Trujillo (Diana) of Henderson, Jesse Trujillo of Las Animas, Shirley Miller (Robert) of Canon City and Pete Trujillo of Las Animas, Colorado.
