He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Duran and Frances Duran (Villa); his siblings, Joe Duran, Josephine Gonzalez, Maria Garcia, Guadalupe Palacio, Janie, Martinez, Victoria Rodriquez, Virginia Carberry, John Perez and Dennis Duran; his brothers-in-law, William Medina, Larry Swisher and David Jaramillo; and his niece Patricia Swisher.
He is survived by: his son Jeremy Neil; his close friend Patricia Neil; and his siblings, Charlie Duran (Deloris), Ruthann Lewis (Gary), Henrietta Medina, Theresa Swisher, Trinidad Tyler (Olivero) and Cecelia Jaramillo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
