Hay (Highlands Ranch, Colorado), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on April 24, 2019, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Hay and Jean Hay (VanArsdale). He is survived by: his wife Leesa Ann Weber-Hay; his son Samuel Kurtz Hay; and his siblings, Doug Hay (Amy Jo) and Lori Buxton (Forrest). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, to honor Bob and the love he has for Sam, an education fund for Sam is available for memorial donations.
