He was predeceased by: his wife Jeri; and his son Richard D. Doran, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Nanci Cooley (Porter) and Jeffrey K. Doran (Jodi); his daughter-in-law Teresa Doran; and his grandchildren, John Alderson, Travis Alderson, Nick Alderson, Patrick Doran, Elliot Doran and Jenna Schebor. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
