He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Provancher (Chris) of Denver, CO; his siblings, Frank DeVaughn (Allyson) of Grand Junction, CO and Meghan Shierling (John) of Amory, MS; his aunt Sherri Polson (Rodger) of Crawford, CO.; his family, Karie Fisher, John Fisher, Jared Fisher, Savannah Mills and Mason Galloway; and also, Scott and Dianne Johnson. He is also survived by cousins, niece, nephews, half-siblings, step siblings and other family members.
