He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David A. Banks and Marjorie M. Dilley; his sisters, Patricia Catullo (Pat) and Barbara Burgess Gibbons; his wife Neva Nelson; his son Brent; his daughter-in-law Candy; his daughter Camille; and his granddaughter Kayla McCracken.
