He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Novakovich; his parents, Milan Novakovich and Agnes Novakovich; his son Lonnie Novakovich; and his brothers, Daniel Novakovich, Norman Novakovich, Lance Novakovich, Lester Novakovich, Gordon Novakovich, Leslie Novakovich and Phillip Novakovich.
He is survived by: his sisters, Margaret Stokes, Phyllis Novakovich, Lucille Mokry and Lucia Tomaszkiewicz of Chicago Illinois; his daughter Denise Huddleston (Dennis) of Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Lora Kroman (Scott) of Parker Colorado and Deborah Barnes of Parker Colorado; and his grandchildren, Nathan Wiggs, Elys Torres (James), Audry Moore (Collins), Abby Kellams (Ryan), Seth Wiggs (Kendyl), Joshua Melonas (Meaghan) and Jordan Melonas (Lauren). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
