She was predeceased by: her parents, Perfecto Abeyta and Ruth Abeyta; her brothers, Charles, Jim, Floyd and Stevan; and her nephew Richard Abeyta.
She is survived by: her husband Dwayne Thurston; her sons, Randy Thurston, Bryan Thurston and Jeremiah Thurston; her siblings, Helen Thurman (John), Vera Kelly, Alberta Abeyta (Jerry Thurston), Cora DeCoteau, Ron Abeyta, Eugene Abeyta and Kenneth Abeyta (Julie); her sisters-in-law, Vickie Thurston, Debbie (Ramie) and Chestine Elhalfy; and her close friend Debbie Maestas.
