She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Florence, Vincent Kelly, John and Teresa Lukowski. She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her children, Ana Collins (Andrew Smith) and Grant Collins; her stepmothers, Rhonda Kelly and Judy Kelly; her siblings, Valerie, Jennifer, Theresa and Sam; and her aunt Carolyn Kelly.
