He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam and Geneva; his parents-in-law, Elmer Royal and Bette Ives; and his sister Katherine Youngman.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Jim (Shelly), Steve (Audrey), Kim Gabel-Grinstead (Ron), Carol Goodwine (Troy) and Linda Kudrna (Doug); his grandchildren, Eric, Todd, Chad, Case, Christie, Bret, Drew, Kaitlyn, Cody, Tucker, Kenzie and Kellen; his sister Donna Thurtell; and his sister-in-law Judy Ceretto. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
