He was predeceased by: his children, Ralph G. Garcia and Esther Yolanda Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Celia of Fort Lupton; and his children, Rose Ann Hernandez (Juan) of Fort Lupton and Bill Garcia (JoAnn). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
