He is survived by: his children, Modesto Martinez Jr. and Brandi Martinez; his grandchildren, Mariah, Ferdinando, Modesto III, Zemar, Zaray and Zanayah; and his siblings, Robert of Brighton, Albert of Henderson, Yolanda of Fort Lupton and Evelyn of Denver. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
