He was predeceased by: his parents, Vicente Bravo and Virgina Manzolo Bravo; his wife Ida Rivera; his sons, David and Joe Jr.; his grandchildren, Rosita, Justin, Jason and Marshal; and his great grandchild Amaya.
He is survived by: his sister Almalidia of Oklahoma; and his children, JoAn Sanger (John), Judy Bravo (Ray), Lisa Sepulveda (Robert) and Ruben Bravo (Sherri). He is also survived by his family and friends.
