He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cummins and Mabel Cummins. He is survived by: his brothers, Leo and James; his wife Dorothy Dexter; his great grandchildren, Cheryl (Cummins), Jerry Peden, Sarah and Crystal; and his grandchildren, Jim, Christie Cummins, Justin, Hilary Cummins, Tyler Cummins, Adam Yates, Mark, Chris Cummins, Amber, Jody Irsik, Nathan, Jennifer Cummins, Devin Cummins, Spencer, Jen Cummins (Ellie), Jill (Cummins), Joe Bailey, JoJo, Kris Grano, Jana, Mike Baguskis, Jacki Bailey and Polly Cummins. He is also survived by his 5 children and spouses.
