It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ruiz of Fort Collins, Colorado, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Alexander and Hellene Alexander; her sisters, Beverley and Pauline; her son Michael; and her husband Richard Ruiz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Layne and Lorrie; her grandchildren, Alexandra (Jeff), Lenelle, Zeki and Benette; and her great grandchild Ashton.
