He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Katherine (Kay) and Hubert Fothergill; his brother James (Jim); his daughter Kathy; his significant other Mary Etta; his sons, Russell and Ryan (Karen); his granddaughters, Nicole Schaad Richardson, Amy Paul, Molly and Regan; and his great grandchildren, Rylan and Jayden.
