Mayhak of Fort Collins, Colorado, born in Zion, Illinois, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Justus Mayhak and Pauline Cook (Livinghouse); his wife Norma E. Mayhak; and his son-in-law Clyde Dupper. He is survived by: his sisters, Jolene Bice of Denver and Patricia Cook; and his children, Jody Dupper of Windsor, Kimberly Schwindt (Randy) of Fort Collins and Timothy Mayhak (Marcelle) of Kalispell Montana.
He battled Covid in the hospital with Norma and when she fell to the disease Paul fought on and survived.
