He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Wallace and Ruth Annie Young Wallace; his brother Fred Wallace; his wife Suzanne Rice; his sons, Steve Wallace (Lisa) of Loveland and Randy Wallace (Heather) of Fort Collins; his adoptive children, Aaron Wallace of Menomonie Wisconsin and Rachael Wallace; and his stepdaughter Elissa Thompson (Chris). He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. And many extended family.
In lieu of flowers donations in his name to the Northern Colorado Fraternal Order of Police Benevolent Fund which provides support for Law Enforcement members and their families due to injury illness or death.
