We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2023, at the age of 97, Jeanne Clark Whetstone of Fort Collins, Colorado, born in Palo Alto, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Francis and Lucia Margaret Clark (Stoffels). She is survived by: her children, Karin Culter Greeley (Dave), Kirsten Whetstone (Rich Bullough), Sally Stokes and Steven Whetstone (Karen); her grandchildren, Sarah Johnson Denver (Aaron), Daniel Culter (Kitty), Sean Stokes of Cedar Rapids, IA, Connor Stokes (Brittany), Ryan Stokes, Honolulu, Garrett Bullough Seattle (Natalie), Kellen Whetstone, Kirsten Whetstone, Quinn, Carver Johnson, Weston, Bridger Culter, Cayden and Emmy Stokes; her sister-in-law Janice Troxler; and her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Hammond (David), Rennie Cole (Scott), Jesse Couch, Geoff Simonson (Diane) and Genevra Simonson.

I met Jeanne in belonging to Ft.Collins Friends of the Symphony- she was on the Calling Committee for 4 + years. We shared our Minnesota Swedish U of MN roots & introductions to our navy related family living close to Rancho Santa Fe, CA. Her grandsons & my Notre Dame ROTC Navy Pilot niece. She was a vivacious traveler, tennis player, & very proud of her family. May she rest in peace!”
