He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Mayse and Norma Mayse (Barker); and his siblings, Lowell, Millard Jr., Eliza, Ina, Delma and Ada.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Mayse; his sons, Mark (Cherie) of Roseville, CA and Gregory (Lisa) of Fort Collins, CO; his grandson Erik; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Simone and Fiona. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
