He is survived by: his wife Donna Rae (Hayes); his sons, Mark Wells and Tim (Sandy Wells); his grandchildren, Braden, Baylie Wells and Corey Markoski; his daughter-in-law Beth Wells; and his sisters, Linda, Agnes, Marcia and Melissa.
