She is survived by: her sister Mary Jane Crites; her children, Rose Ann Ortiz (Joseph), Henry Velasquez Jr (Karen), Mike Velasquez (Eleanor) and Paul Velasquez (Betty); her grandchildren, Matthew Velasquez (Kim), Joshua Velasquez (Antonia), Steven Velasquez, Audra Velasquez (Sean), Jacob Velasquez (Amber) and Benjamin Velasquez; her great grandchildren, Alejandro, NayLani, Lana Velasquez, Kailynn King, Maleah, Kaleah Velasquez, Raleigh, Jared Velasquez, C. J. Nix and Jerry Dennis Smith (Dawnia); and her niece Evelyn Smith (Leonard).
