He was predeceased by: his brothers, Howard and Glen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brother Arnold Hollingsworth (Louise); and his children, Sheri (Lindsey), Keith (Tina), Vicki (Joe) and Ward (Melissa). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 Great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren, along with numerous nephews and nieces.
