She was predeceased by: her brother Donny Blake; and her grandparents, James Chenoweth, Henry and Twyla Blake. She is survived by: her parents, Stanley Blake and Karen Blake of Brush; her siblings, Beth Pfost (Corrie) of Thornton, Danny Blake (Randi) of Brush and Mitch Blake (Julie) of Hillrose; her niece Breanna; her nephews, Kyle, Eian, Max and Thatcher; and her grandmother Doris Chenoweth. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
