He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marick and Clara Marick; his former wife Barbara Luark; his siblings, James, Randel, Nellie and Karen; his son Jim; and his former wife Sherry Smith.
He is survived by: his sisters, Orpha Gimbel (Lester), Lynda Vigil (Nick) and Betty Marick; his children, Joe Marick (Donna) of Sterling, CO, Latisha Odell (Tom) of Pearland, TX and Kerri Armstrong (Justin) of Loveland, CO; and his grandchildren, Leigha, Mandy, Julie, Tanya, Matt, Dylan, Kole, Thomas and Toby. He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
