She was predeceased by: her parents, Katie McLaughlin Neish and John Gordon Neish; her husband Frank; and her granddaughter JoEllen Franks. She is survived by: her children, Eilene Mundlin, John Hartnagle, Daniel DeVoil, Lisa Anderson (David), Michael Hartnagle (Lanier), Jonathan Hartnagle (Jennifer), Tanesha Hartnagle, June Schneider (Mark), Robert Franks and Shelly Rankin (Rob).
