She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Ploc and Frances Ploc; her brother Rudy; and her son David. She is survived by: her husband Ernest L. Komarek; her children, Ernest A. Komarek (Glenda) and Karen Komarek Sims (Calvin); her grandchildren, Tina Komarek Keen (Chuck), Stephen Lewis (Lara) and Breanna Lewis Smith (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Libbey Lewis Smith and Alton Ray Lewis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
