He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur O. Haugen and Lula D. Haugen; his spouse Ruth Devine of Zanesfield; his son Jeffrey N. Haugen of Lakewood, CO; his grandchildren, Christopher M. Haugen of Black Hawk, CO and Rebecca Lisa Jacobson of Medford, MA; his stepchildren, Randall Smith (Kay Christenson) of Pasadena, CA, Julie Smith (Noah Sciaky) and Roger Smith (Karen); his son Stephen Mitchell; and his brothers, Warren and Verne.
