It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilbur Hosman (Aurora, Colorado), born in Modale, Iowa, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hosman and Cecil Hosman; and his siblings, Lucille Pearce (Kenny), Bernard (Mary Ellen), Vern (Margery), Fern Stone (Al), Wanda Hodson (Gerald), Wilma Bertelsen (Calvin) and Phyllis Rupp (Lowell).
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Carol, Steven (Tami) and Lorraine (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Jennifer (Jason) and Brayden (Morgan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to either High Plains Honor Flight (https://highplainshonorflight.org) or Rocky Mountain Yorkie Rescue , two organizations that had a profound impact on Hos' life.
