He is survived by: his grandson Jayden; his wife Cindy Mizokami of Alamosa, CO; his children, Eric Mizokami of Colorado Springs, CO, Jason Mizokami (Karen) of Alamosa, CO, Kara Mizokami-Stout (Adam) of Howell, MI and Isaiah Valenzuela (Mavi) of Monte Vista, CO; his grandchildren, Natasha, Jonathan, Mia, Landon, Andrew, Maverick and Zander; his great grandchild Aubrey; his brother Duane Mizokami (Rita) of Alamosa, CO; his nephew Brandon Mizokami (Tammy) of Alamosa, CO; and his niece Krista Garcia (Donnie) of Arvada, CO.. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great granddaughter.
