He was predeceased by: his parents, Fermin Vigil and Beatrice Vigil; his sisters, Bertha Roybal (Levi) and Inez; and his former wife Mary Ann Vigil (Rodriguez).
He is survived by: his daughters, Vivian Canales (Javier), Thelma Hernandez (Guillermo), Castorina Gilmartin (Tom) and Jazmin (Tom); his grandchildren, Javier, Christopher, Fernando, Miguel, Maria Anjelica, Silvia, Jose Antonio, Thomas, Regis, Mathias, Gabriel, Castorina and Trinity; and his great grandchildren, Christopher, Alekzander, Denise, Mariana, Alan, Yareli and Ejay Alfonso. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters and many nieces and nephews.
