She was predeceased by: her parents, Orlando Montoya and Benita Montoya; her daughter Juana; her siblings, Gavi and Alfredo; and her mother-in-law Lucy Martinez.

She is survived by: her husband Christopher Martinez of Manassa; her daughter-in-law Cleo Montoya; her great grandchild Ne'Vaeh Garcia; and her siblings, Vincy Hickman (Ron), Juan Montoya (Deena), Rod Montoya (Angie) and Narcisco Montoya (Viviana). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family and friends.
